What's for breakfast?

Over the past couple of weeks I've been trying to get a little more healthy. I'm not the type of girl that can cut down to salad and nuts, never touching a chocolate bar again.. No-no. Instead I've just been cutting down on fatty foods and introducing some fruits and veggies to my diet. Here's a tasty, filling option I've had for breakfast - it looks great if you're having people over and will keep you full until lunch time. Take a look...

You will need:
1/2 an Avocado 
3 pieces of streaky bacon
Bread of your choice 

Looking at these photos is making me crave Avocado, it makes for a great alternative to butter, it kind of has the same texture and tastes amazing with the bacon. This meal idea would also make a lovely starter if you were having a dinner party, or a quick and easy lunch time snack.

  7. that looks really good, the bacon is done so well. scratch and sniff would have been beneficial right now. I've had this combo and it's good. i've been eating more fruit and veg over the last month, mostly strawberries, grapefruit and peaches
