My favourite time of the year is when my mum opens the Christmas box. I still find placing each of the decorations we've collected over the years as magical as I did when I was younger. It's become a tradition in our family to buy a decoration for the tree whenever we go on a holiday or trips away - Each one has a memory, a tale or a giggle to go along side it. Take a look at my day spent dressing the tree...
With Elf on the telly, the X Factor final on reminder and a green fuzzy hot water bottle by my side.. I can say I'm feeling extremely festive...
Do you guys have any traditions at Christmas? I'd love to know...

DeleteSuch pretty festive photos. I just finished watching Elf too :) Baking Pfefferkuchen (a german gingerbread-like cake smothered with chocolate fudge) is a tradition for my sis and I to make every year.

Deletei like this idea, i'm going to suggest this to my gf. we don't have any traditions really, lucky if the tree goes up by the 20th
ReplyDeleteYou get a huge mash up of Christmas decorations.. Some tasteful and some not so eg. my E.T decoration from Universal Studios is possibly the ugliest thing to ever grace a Christmas tree
DeleteElf, a must! lovely blog x
ReplyDeleteA definite :) and Thank you x
DeleteHmmm, i don't think my family has a distinct Christmas tradition, but we do always put up all the christmas decorations before Thanksgiving. We also celebrate during Christmas Eve. That's when we eat yummy food and open up all the presents. :D
